Rachel Nixon is a Bitcoiner and a driving force behind IMA Insurance’s initiative to serve the Bitcoin mining industry. She played a key role in developing insurance solutions tailored to mining operations, covering infrastructure, equipment, and risk management.
With a deep understanding of large-scale equipment insurance, Rachel helps miners navigate the complexities of protecting their assets in an evolving regulatory and financial landscape.
Mike Tsoflias specializes in commercial HVAC and building automation at Long Building Technologies, one of the largest mechanical equipment and controls providers in the Western U.S. With experience in air distribution, hydronic heating, and advanced control systems, he works closely with mechanical contractors, developers, and consulting engineers to integrate high-performance heating solutions into commercial and industrial projects.
Dylan is a certified structural engineer and Bitcoin maximalist who actively integrates hashrate heating into his own home. As the acting CFO of The Space, Denver’s Bitcoin hub, he combines his financial and engineering expertise to support grassroots Bitcoin initiatives.
With deep experience in contractor and trades industries, Dylan has worked extensively on design processes and engineering drawings for new builds, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in integrating Bitcoin mining heat reuse into modern infrastructure.
Colin Crossman is the founder of Distributed Hash, a Bitcoin mining hosting facility in Wyoming, and a founding member of The Space, Denver’s Bitcoin hub. He is the Director of the Business Division for the Wyoming Secretary of State, with a background in law, finance, and data analysis. A Duke University Law School graduate, he has expertise in genomics, bioinformatics, and intellectual property law. With experience in capital raising and business development, Colin is a strong advocate for decentralization and sustainable Bitcoin mining infrastructure.
